How We Build
Five phases.
One standard.
From the first conversation to the day we hand over the keys, here is exactly how a Berg build runs — and what you can expect at every stage.
Every great home starts with a conversation. We sit down with you to understand how you live, what you love, and what your dream home looks and feels like. We’ll talk through your lot, your timeline, your budget, and your goals — and we’ll be straight with you every step of the way.
Once we have a clear picture of your vision, we get to work behind the scenes. We coordinate with your architect and designer, finalize selections, lock in our trade partners, and build a detailed construction schedule. No surprises later — we nail it down now.
This is where it gets real. Our team and our trusted subcontractors mobilize and the build begins. From site prep and foundation to framing, we set the stage for everything that follows. You’ll always know where things stand — we keep you in the loop throughout.
This is the heart of the process. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, finishes — every trade is coordinated and executed with precision. Our job is to make sure the details are right, the schedule stays on track, and your vision is protected at every turn.
Before we hand over the keys, we walk every inch of your home together. We make sure everything is exactly right — because your satisfaction isn’t the end of the job, it’s the point of it. Welcome home.
Every home on our builds page went through these same five phases. Take a look at what that standard produces.
